NURSE COUNSELOR
1 FULL TIME POSITION (Kearny Mesa)
Under general direction of the Program Manager, participates in the assessment of the needs of the consumer with developmental disabilities and in the development, implementation and coordination of an Individual Program Plan (IPP)/Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) for the consumer; acts as an advocate for the consumer/family; and counsels the consumer and his/her family to cope more effectively with their problems of psycho-social functioning in relation to the developmental disability.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduation from a school of nursing approved by the National League for Nursing; a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing in preferred. A valid license as a Registered Nurse in the State of California is required. Two (2) years of nursing experience in a health care/social services setting. Experience working in a neonatal intensive care unit, or with children or adults with developmental disabilities or as a public health nurse is desirable.
STARTING SALARY:
$3,342 to $3,670 Monthly (Depending on experience)

SECRETARY II
BILINGUAL IN ENGLISH/SPANISH
1 FULL TIME POSITION (San Marcos)
Under direction of the Office Manager, will perform skilled secretarial and clerical services involving a wide variety of activities in a case management unit. Will be required to organize and carry out own work.
QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or equivalent. Two (2) years of responsible secretarial/clerical work and one year word processing experience or word processing certificate is required. Must have excellent typing and telephone skills. Ability to operate standard office equipment. Knowledge of office practices and procedures, including but not limited to filing, grammar, spelling, punctuation and correspondence format.
STARTING SALARY:
$2,228-$2,450 (Depending on experience)
BILINGUAL POSITION PAY: $100 Monthly

Under supervision of the Program Manager, participates in the assessment of the
needs of individuals with developmental disabilities and in the development,
implementation and coordination of their Individual Program Plans; acts as an
advocate for consumers; counsels the consumer and their families to cope more
effectively with their problems of psycho-social functioning in relation to their
developmental disabilities. Bilingual position must be bilingual in English/Spanish.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Requires a Masters degree in Social Work or a related field. Case carrying
social work experience desirable.
STARTING SALARY:
BASE SALARY: $3,064.00-$3,370.00 Monthly
(May be higher, based on relevant experience)
BILINGUAL POSITION PAY: $100.00 Monthly

ASSISTANT SOCIAL WORK COUNSELOR NON-BILINGUAL & BILINGUAL

THESE POSITIONS WILL BE ASSIGNED
TO SANTEE, NATIONAL CITY, SAN
DIEGO OR SAN MARCOS OFFICES.
Under direct supervision of the Program Manager, participates
as a team member in the assessment of the needs of the developmentally
disabled client, and in the development, implementation, and coordination
of an Individual Program Plan for the client, acts as an advocate
for the client, and performs related tasks as required.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Two (2) years applicable experience in the field of social work
practice; or an AA degree from an accredited two (2) year college and
one (1) year of experience; or a BA/BS degree from an accredited four
(4) year college in a field related to the delivery of social services.
STARTING SALARY:
BASE SALARY:$2,645.00- $2,909.00 Monthly
(May be higher, based on relevant experience)
BILINGUAL POSITION PAY: $100.00 Monthly
