Consumer Information Specialist

The San Diego Regional Center Consumer Information Specialist provides support to agency staff, consumers and their families. He can provide assistance in IPP preparation, is knowledgeable on problem solving, self-advocacy, using mass-transit, computers and the internet, and organization and planning. He delivers trainings to consumers on various independent living topics. He conducts Google, informational searches on a variety of topics. He is available both for one-on-one assistance or group support.
