OFFICE MANAGER

Full-time position located in our Santee office

DUTIES:

Under the direction of the Manager, Administrative Support Services, supervises, organizes, handles day-to-day operations with a focus on efficiency and time management. Responsible for office communication protocols and streamlining administrative procedures. Coordinates, and directs the support staff assigned to the administrative services involving a wide variety of daily activities related to various types of cases in case management units.

QUALIFICATIONS:

High school graduate or equivalent.

Four (4) years of secretarial experience. One to two (2) years supervisory experience is desirable.

ABILITIES:

Organize, direct, supervise and evaluate the work of secretarial/administrative staff; excellent office management, communication skills, practices and procedures. Microsoft Office and other office software proficient; use of office equipment and scanners. Ability to work in a team setting and independently. Chair projects, arrange meetings, trainings, activities and maintain calendars. Energetic professional with excellent customer service focus who can multitask and prioritize work; use good judgment; work well with staff, clients, families and the public.

STARTING SALARY:

$4,546 Monthly

NURSE SUPERVISOR

Full-time position located in our San Diego (Kearny Mesa) office

DUTIES:

Under general direction of the Director, Clinical Services, coordinate, evaluate and develop nursing services provided by the San Diego Regional Center (SDRC). Provide consultation to Regional Center staff and community agencies to plan for meeting the general and unique health, developmental and nursing needs of individuals with developmental disabilities and their families. Provide supervision for Nurse Clinicians.

QUALIFICATIONS:

A valid California license as a registered nurse. Bachelor’s degree in Nursing. Experience may be considered in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree. A Master’s degree is preferred.

Four (4) or more years of nursing experience, at least two (2) years of which shall have been in an administrative, consultative, teaching or supervisory capacity. Experience in an environment serving persons with a developmental disability is desirable.

SERVICE COORDINATOR

Full-time positions located in our San Diego (Kearny Mesa), Carmel Mountain, Carlsbad, Santee, Chula Vista (Eastlake), and National City offices

DUTIES:

Under direction of the Program Manager, provides overall service coordination to assigned clients; participates in the assessment of the needs of persons with developmental disabilities; acts as team leader and facilitates the development, implementation and coordination of an Individual Program Plan (IPP)/Individual Family Service Plan (IFSP); assists in locating and securing services and supports; acts as an advocate; evaluates and monitors the quality and effectiveness of services.

QUALIFICATIONS:

BA/BS or Masters Degree in Social Work, Psychology or related field required. Two years related work experience, preferably in the field of developmental disabilities required for BA/BS Degrees.

STARTING SALARY:

BA/BS Entry Level $3,642 Monthly
Master’s Entry Level $4,188 Monthly
