IT TRAINING SPECIALIST II

Full-time position located in our San Diego/Kearny Mesa office

DUTIES:

Under the supervision of the Director of Information Technology, provides assistance with the maintenance of the Agency Internet web site. Update SANDIS client photos in Profound UI to SANDIS daily. Queue and monitor Help Desk tickets to facilitate prompt response time. Responsible for maintaining mobile tablet inventory and accessories. Troubleshoot tablet software and hardware issues. Maintain billing and accounting for SANDIS Annual Maintenance Agreements and Letters of Agreement. Responsible for arranging department meetings. Facilitate all phases of SANDIS conference planning. Create/revise fillable forms and IT/SANDIS tutorials as needed. Update Wiki home page and IT department Wiki page.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor degree and one (1) year of related experience or a High School diploma and three (3) years related experience. Two (2) years of experience with Microsoft Office applications. Experience providing PC repairs and troubleshooting, preferred.

EXPERIENCE:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong customer service focus; works well with others. Excellent word processing and data entry. Knowledge of MS Office, video editing software and WordPress preferred. Adobe Acrobat XL proficient. Ability to lift ten pound packages.

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Full-time position located in our San Diego/Kearny Mesa office

DUTIES:

Under supervision and direction of the Director, Community Services, will perform a variety of skilled secretarial, clerical, and mathematical services for Community Services staff. Will take the lead in departmental imaging to include the quality control process. This position is responsible for review of contracts to ensure accuracy and accountability for all Community Services budget expenditures, tracking vendor audits and other required documentation needed from providers.

QUALIFICATIONS:

High school graduate or equivalent. An Associate’s Degree or two (2) years of college is preferred.

EXPERIENCE:

Three (3) years of progressively responsible administrative work experience that includes public contact is required. Strong customer service focus. Anticipates and responds to the needs of both external and internal customers. Ability to utilize good time management in completion of work and meeting established timeframes. Excellent verbal, written communication and proofreading skills required. Excellent typing, spelling and grammar. Must be highly computer literate and Excel proficient. Knowledge of document imaging/electronic filing and scanning equipment is desirable.

TRUST ASSISTANT

Full-time position located in our San Diego/Kearny Mesa office

DUTIES:

Under general supervision of the Trust Supervisor, prepares cash receipts for posting to trust accounts and scans electronic bank deposits; processes and pays out-of-home services on e-billing; processes e-billing/Service Provider Portal applications, and generates e-billing invoices for purchase of service vendors.

QUALIFICATIONS:

High School graduate or equivalent; college level courses in bookkeeping and accounting desirable.

EXPERIENCE:

Three (3) years work experience in fiscal record keeping in an accounting environment with a computerized accounting system. Knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting practices, procedures, and terminology, and general office procedures.

Ability to work independently to perform assigned tasks. Ability to work with persons with developmental disabilities as well as a cross-section of the community, including diverse ethnic groups. Ability to meet stringent deadline/time frames; maintain record keeping systems; perform mathematical calculations and analyze statistical data. Excellent 10 key by touch, data entry and word processing skills.

JUNIOR PROGRAMMER

Full-time position located in our San Diego/Kearny Mesa office

DUTIES:

Under the Supervision of the Manager, Software Development, Information Systems, responsible for the maintenance and development of corporate software programs and database applications; report writing; the resolution of second and third tier help desk requests; and provide assistance for IBM system maintenance issues.

QUALIFICATIONS:

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred.

EXPERIENCE:

A minimum of two (2) years IT experience. At least two (2) years of application support, including troubleshooting and problem resolution, and report writing capabilities. Programming experience developing and maintaining software applications is desirable.

Analytical ability. Good sense of order and organization. Empathetic with the needs of the end users. Ability to solve software/hardware systems problems; resourceful. Knowledge of graphical user interface design; IBM midrange computers, and of other programming languages such as C++, RPG, and SQL is desirable. Ability to maintain high standards of professional knowledge and expertise.

QUALIFICATIONS:

BA/BS or Masters Degree in Social Work, Psychology or related field required. Two years related work experience in the field of developmental disabilities required for BA/BS Degrees.
