ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT ASSISTANT
Full-time positions located in our San Diego (Kearny Mesa), National City and Carlsbad offices
DUTIES:
Under direction of an Office Manager, will perform administrative support involving a wide variety of daily activities using various software applications. Will plan, organize, and carry out own work, and work in coordination with other staff.
QUALIFICATIONS:
High school graduate or equivalent. Two (2) years secretarial experience. One (1) year Microsoft Office skills experience or Microsoft Office proficiency certificate.
Excellent telephone, interpersonal and soft people skills; active listening for good customer service; critical thinking for good decision making. Flexible; takes initiative. Ability to work in a team setting. Demonstrated ability to operate standard office equipment, organize work, problem-solve, pay close attention to detail, and utilize good time management. Ability to handle a high volume of calls, e-mails, mail and faxes. Knowledge of standard office practices, principles and processes. Excellent typing, spelling, grammar, punctuation and data entry skills. Experience with scanning equipment a plus. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
STARTING SALARY:
$3,035 Monthly

SERVICE COORDINATOR
Full-time positions located in our San Diego (Kearny Mesa), Carmel Mountain, Carlsbad, Santee, Chula Vista (Eastlake), and National City offices
DUTIES:
Under direction of the Program Manager, provides overall service coordination to assigned clients; participates in the assessment of the needs of persons with developmental disabilities; acts as team leader and facilitates the development, implementation and coordination of an Individual Program Plan (IPP)/Individual Family Service Plan (IFSP); assists in locating and securing services and supports; acts as an advocate; evaluates and monitors the quality and effectiveness of services.
QUALIFICATIONS:
BA/BS or Masters Degree in Social Work, Psychology or related field required. Two years related work experience, preferably in the field of developmental disabilities required for BA/BS Degrees.
STARTING SALARY:
BA/BS Entry Level $3,642 Monthly
Master’s Entry Level $4,188 Monthly
